Anchorage Unitarian Universalist Fellowship

When the AUUF facility is not in use in support of Fellowship activities, space in the building may be rented to outside organizations. A major renovation project completed in 2018 improved and expanded the rental space. 

 

Facility Access. The AUUF facility is wheelchair accessible. The lot has 50 parking spaces and the surrounding neighborhood offers ample street parking.

 

Upstairs Sanctuary. Inside, the building Sanctuary is currently configured to seat 160, although if the configuration is modified, it can accommodate dozens more (official capacity is 283).  Audio-visual capability includes sound and projection systems, which can be included in the rental.  

 

Upstairs Social Room. On the same floor next to the Sanctuary is a Social Room equipped with a full kitchen and coffee / hot beverage station. This room is frequently used for meal-related activities.  The Social Room can be rented separately as a lunch or coffee meeting place, or it may be included with rental of the Sanctuary.  A limited number of 6- to 8-foot tables and folding chairs are available to support Social Room meetings.  

 

Lower Level Rooms   Seven program rooms and a toddler room on the lower level are available for rent.  Ranging in size from 270 to 536 square feet, classrooms can accommodate several types of meetings, including break-out sessions.   A non-commercial kitchenette is also located downstairs.  It may be rented to support program room activities.
